Introduction
Cooking is a science, albeit not an exact one. I started regular cooking after I got married. Cliche! But it soon became my stress buster. Kitchen became the kingdom where I ruled the way of things. Hubby new to the relationship then, when attempting to lend help for meal time; started noticing my face cringe when he would put plate at a wrong angle or mix up the main course spoons with the ones meant for dessert. Every item in a kitchen has it's designated place. Labelled or not;once assigned any mix up is not tolerated. And I know this does not hold true only for me but for all who breathe to cook.
Having said that I am not a great cook. Just an average one. For over one year now I have had good enough time to refine my cooking skills and explore various aspects of it.
The idea of this blog is to share when I attempt something new in my kitchen and if it did fare well. Every week I try something new and the source of inspiration is internet. Food bloggers and vloggers, who will be given due credit in my posts.
Only occasionally do I follow one blogger's recipe of a dish to a T. I generally go through multiple recipes and then take pointers from couple or more to make my version.
So let's get started! :)
